VAT & IMPORT DUTIES:

Custom duties, local taxes, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery, as advised by our courier partner. These charges are not included in the product price displayed on our website and are charged in addition to the order price. Note: These charges vary by country based on local regulations.

COURIER CHARGES:

SHIPMENT TIME:

Shipping times are specified on each product page. Note: These times are estimates and may vary based on availability, customization, and other factors.

TRANSIT RISK:

All orders dispatched by Yashikabanaras are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING:

Once your order is handed to the courier agency, Yashikabanaras will email you the tracking code. You can track your order on the courier’s website. Note: It may take up to 24 business hours for the tracking code to be activated.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

Banarasee does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Please provide a full address with the postal code. Incomplete address listings may result in delays and additional reshipping charges.

HOW DO WE SHIP:

We ship products directly from Varanasi as quickly as possible. All products pass through our quality assurance facility before being shipped. Check the "Shipping Time/Delivery Time" on the product page for the estimated arrival date.

DELAY IN DELIVERY:

Yashikabanaras is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances and will not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges in these cases. If a delay is due to stock unavailability, we will notify you by email, and you can choose an alternate product, opt for store credit, or receive a refund.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• All products are shipped from India.
• The billing address is where a customer receives credit card bills.
• The shipping address is where the order will be delivered.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

Enter your pin code at checkout to check COD availability in your area. Upon dispatch, tracking details and courier partner information will be provided. The order amount must be paid in full to the delivery person before opening the package. Do not accept packages if the seal is broken; such orders will not be accepted if returned.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Yashikabanaras now offers international shipping via FedEx, thanks to customer support and demand. Additional import duties and taxes may be required upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country.
