If you would like to return our products, please review our return policy:

  1. Return Window: Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Eligibility details are available under shipping information on our product pages.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Many items are "Final Sale" to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen and keep our prices fair. Products sold under "Sale" and promotional offers, including Lehengas, and any customized products, are not eligible for returns. International shipments are also non-returnable.

  3. Color Variations: Slight variations in colors, dyes, prints, embroideries, and weaving between the actual product and the image on your monitor may occur due to fabric dye nature, weather, and display differences.

  4. Damaged Items: If your merchandise arrives damaged, email a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  5. Return Authorization: Email return@yashikabanaras.com with:

    • Order Number
    • Your Name
    • Email ID
    • Product being returned
    • Reason for Return

  6. Approval Required: Our Customer Care team must approve your return request.

  7. Communication Channels: Return requests via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, or call will not be accepted.

  8. Return Process:

    • Pack the item with original packing material.
    • If Return Pickup Facility is available, our courier will collect the product.
    • If not, send the product via a reputed courier to:
    • Share the courier receipt snapshot with us over Whatsapp or email.

  9. Exchange or Refund: Upon completing the steps, we will offer an exchange or refund. You can choose store credit or a refund through the original payment method.

  10. Store Credit: Store credit can be used to purchase any product from our website.

  11. Refund Processing: Refunds for prepaid orders will take 4 to 10 days to reflect in your account once initiated.

  12. Shipping Charges: If the returned product has no defects, forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted before issuing any refund.

  13. Discretion: All returns are subject to the discretion of Banarasee.

Cancellation

Any purchase can be canceled before the shipment process begins. Once shipping has started, cancellation is not possible. Please call or email us to cancel your order.
